The Cinema is an historic vessel still active on Sydney Harbour now used as a day tripper rather than the working fishing boat as she was originally used. Optional wheelhouse or cuddy cabin with sail rig available.

A revival design of the many small pleasure and working craft that were available when the compact petrol engine was introduced. This design uses comtemporary construction methods of strip plank or glued lapstrake.

6m Motor Launch

A 6 metre version of the popular 18 foot Cinema. There are 2 versions, the cuddy cabin or the raised deck and wheelhouse, both with steadying staysail.

Boatcraft Pacific 8m Motor Launch

This is the smaller sister of the Boatcraft Pacific 10m.

6m Plywood Motor Launch

The popularity of the 6m strip plank design has led to this close sister, designed to be built in plywood with a single chine hull shape. With a similar laypout this launch is a capable weekender or longer camping trips.

She has 2 construction options, 12mm glued ply lapstrake sides and moulded bottom or glass reinforced 15mm WR cedar strip. Deck, cabin and bulkhead fitout are of 9mm ply.

The launch is powered by a 15 to 20hp outboard for good consumption and easy installation.

Though some previous building experience would help, the comnfident handyman would be quite capable for a first time project.
